Color coated aluminum coil sheet for ropp caps is taking an increasingly larger market share in bottle capping material market. The most suitable aluminum alloy for ropp caps is 8011. Tempers include H14 and H16. The processing methods of the two are mostly the same. Both include cold rolling, repeated annealing, bending, slitting, painting, drying, multiple stamping and anti-counterfeiting marking etc. The only slight process variation lies in annealing for liquor cover sheets and pharmaceutical sheets, since the former requires more about deep drawing properties of the sheets.
