An color coated mirror finish aluminum sheet 1060 1100 is not a traditional color coated aluminum sheet painted with PE or PVDF. It has obtained its color through anodizing rather than paint spraying. In other words, it is actually a kind of mirror finish anodized aluminum sheet.
The process of color coated mirror finish aluminum sheet 1060 1100 consists of two steps: polishing and anodizing. Polishing can be realized by either physical or chemical way. The physical polishing involves application of a polishing machine, which seems to be easier to understand in comparison with the chemical polishing, for the latter entails complex chemical and physical changes with the base sheet placed in a given solution. Anyhow, the sheet, either it is 1060 or 1100, obtains a mirror like surface after the polishing procedure. The method of anodizing 1060 and 1100 aluminium sheets is similar to that of chemical polishing, but the solution composition is different, and the sheet surface obtains a given color during the anodizing procedure, too.
Therefore, color coated mirror finish aluminum sheet 1060 1100 is a kind of color coated aluminum sheet, but not a traditional one. Owing to a much more complicated process, its price is much higher, too. Application scopes also distinguish it from common color coated aluminium sheets, for it’s used as reflective or decorative panels in lighting and construction, rather than roofing and ceiling as usual colored sheets are.
